Designed in 1900 for the residential and commercial building of Dimitar Panitza by arch. Toros Toromanyan.The building is known as the "Lady's Pastry Shop". It was upgraded in 1921. In 1926. arch. Anton Frangia designing a new main facade.Initially, the ground floor served as the owner's shops. Later, it functioned as a bookstore, a pastry shop, and in 1928 housed the first public library in Varna. After 9 IX 1944 the house was nationalized and used as a club of BANU (Bulgarian Agrarian National Union) until 1972.
