Designed for Hotel “Paris” in 1906 by Sofia architect Gero Gerov. The building is owned by Riza Bey Khalilov. A few years later the iron causes a fire and the second floor burns. The building was soon rebuilt and upgraded to the third floor by Riza Bay's heirs. The project from 1910 is by Arch. Dabko Dabkov.In the thirties, in the building was the most luxurious pastry shop “Paris “, with its owner Dimitar Marinov. After 1944, the building was nationalized and used by the Second Police Station. After a long period of mismanagement, the building was purchased by a private owner and a restoration and renovation project is currently underway. The building has a residential and commercial function.
