Designed for the Turkish School Board of Trustees in 1906. After that Ginevi brothers buy it for storage. After July 1, 1974, the building housed the DMMCWP (Department for Мanagement and Мaintenance of maritime Canals and the Water area of the Port), where Captain Georgi Georgiev works.
