Designed for residential and commercial building of Methodi St. Gandev. It is known as Hotel "Musala".The author - arch. Dabko Dabkov receives a specific assignment, after which he was sent to the United States to study the architecture of the 22-story New York skyscraper "The Iron" (built in 1902). Thereon he designs a similar building on blvd. Knyaz Boris I.
