Година на построяване
1844
The Armenian Orthodox Church of Saint Sarkis was consecrated and anointed on January 1, 1844. In 1910, the bell tower, the vestibule for the "announced" and the pangar - the room for selling candles - were built. The walls were painted in the Byzantine style, the icons have the appearance of artistic canvases in frames. The altar is open - without an iconostasis, as in Catholic churches. On both sides of the stairs to the altar there are two chapels. In the left one, children are baptized, and the right one is the Vestry - a place for storing vestments and dressing priests. The founder of the extension was Sarkis Hayrabedyan, and the builder was Apraam-kalfa, a famous craftsman of his time.
